Rusty Blitzcrank was removed from the game not long after it was released because it was too plain to be a legacy skin – it was also too similar to the default. As a matter of fact, if you turn down your monitor brightness while using Blitzcrank’s default skin you are able to get something that looks pretty close to rusty.
