German mid laner Tristan “PowerOfEvil” Schrage has joined Misfits, the organization announced Friday. He will compete with Europe’s newest LCS team in their upcoming 2017 campaign.
For 2017 I will be part of a strong Misfits roster.

In a Facebook post, Misfits announced the former Unicorns of Love star will replace the spot vacated by Marcin “Selfie” Wolski, who announced his availability on Dec. 5. Selfie appeared as Misfits’ ace in their climb to the LCS, leading the team through the 2016 European Challenger Series Summer Split and eventual qualification to the premier league.
PowerOfEvil, once touted Europe’s up-and-coming mid lane star, joined Origen fresh off their semifinal finish at the 2015 World Championship. The team crumbled throughout the year however, falling into the Summer Promotion Tournament and narrowly holding onto their LCS spot.
Despite the uneven year, the newest Misfit remains confident in his own Facebook entry.
“Regarding myself I am confident that I can add a lot of experience collected in the last years and that my deep game knowledge which I buildup over time are going to the benefit the team.”
The new kids on the European block aren’t afraid to flaunt their aspirations of making their inaugural season a historic one, which has begun with adding one of the region’s top talents.
