NA, EU LCS Weekend Wrapup

-1.1k

They’ve finally done it, Counter Logic Gaming have finally beat their long time rivals Team Solomid. After all these years of trash talking and battling head to head with TSM coming out on top over and over again, Counter Logic Gaming 3-0’d their rivals on the weekend at Madison Square Garden. This win means more than you can imagine to them, especially HotshotGG, who founded the team back in 2010, it has been a long time since Counter Logic Gaming have made it to worlds, but this year, their dreams will come true.

As for EU, Fnatic wins yet another series against Origen on the weekend. Fnatic have been number 1 in Europe for a while now, after winning 21 games in a row, their first loss was on the weekend against Origen. But in the best out of 5 series the favourites still came out on top in game 5, the deciding game on who will go to the World Championships.

So with upsets to TSM and Origen fans, the teams play on. TSM and Origen can still make it to worlds but it’s going to take a little bit more work.
