Top 5 mid-Laners in League of Legends – Patch 5.14

-1.8k

5. Orianna

Orianna is a great champion to learn how to play. She is very hard but can be mastered after a lot of practice. Orianna has strong late game and good zoning potential. She is very strong in teamfights and can create many wombo combos. She has low cooldowns and tons of utility which gives her the number 5 spot this patch.

4. Jayce

Jayce is almost like a second AD Carry. He has strong poke, great early game combos, and never falls off, he is always strong. Jayce puts out a lot of damage and is a great duelist. If you want to win teamfights, all you need is Jayce.

3. Ahri

Ahri has a decent laning phase followed by a great late game. Ahri is good at assassinating enemies on her own and is very mobile. Ahri has great wave clear with her “Q” and has a high pick potential. If you are good with skill shots then Ahri may be the next mid-laner for you.

2. Twisted Fate

Twisted Fate is a great mid-laner. He has a pretty much global ultimate which can set up for ganking other lanes or chasing down an enemy, good poke, decent wave clear, and a good pick potential. Twisted Fate is strong in the early and mid game. His power can be carried into the late game if he doesn’t fall behind.

1. Viktor

Coming in at number one is Viktor. Viktor is one of the strongest laners in the game at the moment. He has strong wave clear, great instant burst, good zoning with “W”, and good AP ratios. He gets a free item when he starts that allow him more power, and he has great base scaling. He is a hard champion to learn but can be mastered with practice.
