Riot Squad Singed is a skin that was only available at real life Riot events such as Pax, this skin however will not be available at real life events anymore, making it the 10th rarest skin.

The last time this skin was available was back in 2010. Riot promised to give away this skin to all players if they won 2 awards that year and they won 3. This skin has not been available since which makes it the 9th rarest skin in League of Legends.
8. Silver Kayle
Available to players who purchased the retail collector’s edition of League of Legends is Silver Kayle. This skin is so rare because not many people purchased the retail collector’s edition of a game that was in its early stages.
7. Victorious Jarvan
Victorious Jarvan was given to players who made it to gold or higher in season one. If you see anybody with this skin, you have just run into a veteran.
6. Triumphant Ryze
This skin is very hard to get but it is possible. In order to achieve this one you have to win an officially sanctioned event that Riot games has approved.
